These 304 stainless steel long tube headers are for the 2000-2004 LS1/LS6 Powered Chevrolet Corvette & Z06. Kooks builds all of their products to the highest standard, and these are possibly the best headers you can buy for your Corvette. These emissions style headers (include AIR/EGR) feature 1 7/8" primaries, and 3" collectors with O2 Bugs welded into the merge collectors. With a proper tune at a dyno shop, these headers are good for 20-35HP depending on the vehicle.

To connect your new header system to your factory/aftermarket catback exhaust you will need one of Kooks high flow X-pipes. With these quality 304 Stainless X-pipes you can choose either off road (no cats) or catted (high flow cats). You also can choose between two sizes 3" x 2.5" or 3" x 3". The 3" x 2.5" necks down to 2.5" in the middle and connects to your factory/aftermarket exhaust. The 3" x 3" X-pipe is 3" all the way through to the very end where it necks down to 2.5" and connects to your factory/aftermarket exhaust.
